Organized outdoor events are allowed at 30 percent of the venue's occupancy capacity, up to a cap of 1,000 people.
Gyms and outdoor individual sport practices have been permitted to resume with social distancing and hygiene measures in place. Group sports remain prohibited.
Seminars, training sessions, workshops, and conferences are allowed at 30 percent of the venue's capacity if held indoors, or 50 percent capacity if held outdoors.
Outdoor concerts and parties are now allowed.
Individuals over the age of 18 need to show proof of receiving at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine to attend any type of outdoor event regardless of the venue with more than 30 people present.
Most businesses are now open.
Public transport and taxi services are permitted to operate; face masks must be worn when traveling on public transport.
