All tourists (regardless of whether vaccinated or not), from all countries will be able to travel to Israel.

Lockdown: No
As of March 1, Israel stopped requiring the Green Pass. All restrictions on all venues, including event halls, and large gatherings have been lifted. Visitors to nursing homes still be required to take an antigen test before entering.
Israel has dropped the indoor mask mandate however Israelis will still need to mask in spaces with high risk of infection such as senior care facilities, hospitals and planes.
