Ghana: Climate & Weather
The year is divided into two main seasons, a wet season from April to September, and a dry season between October and March. During the dry season, harmattan results in temperatures rising to 40 ° C. But this climate may vary in different regions: in the south, the wet season is marked by monsoons, so the months of May and June must be avoided.
In the north, it is often warmer, and the humidity is decreasing as you go north. The best time to go to Ghana is the dry season, especially the months of November and December when the sun is very present. |
