What to do in Paxos : Tips, places, hotels and restaurants
Located south of Corfu, Paxos is a small island Ionian where about 3000 people, half live in Gaios, the main town. The traveler who arrives in Paxos will be struck by the stunning scenery, dotted with very old olive trees, small beaches lapped by turquoise waters and cliffs plunging into the sea. In a sheltered bay stands the port of Gaios, some buildings were erected in the 19th century. Other small ports such Longos and Lakka, will charm you with their peaceful environment, pine and olive trees, beaches and trails, to go over very pleasant walks.
