Capital of Guinea, Conakry two million and a half inhabitants. Situated to the west of the country, the city was first built on an island, then overflowed on the nearby peninsula. To move around, you can use the bus service, individual or collective taxis, or rent a car if you can afford it. In the neighboring islands there are ferries.
