A very good air service
Given its size, its physiognomy with its many islands and its touristic vocation, Greece logically has a network of airports and significant air traffic on its territory.
Of the fifty or so existing hubs, a dozen handle more than one million passengers a year and about thirty receive significant traffic from abroad… even if for many airports located on small islands, almost all of the activity is concentrated in the few months of the summer season.
In terms of traffic, Athens airport is logically the most dynamic with flights from all over. Then come the airports of Heraklion in Crete, Thessaloniki, Rhodes, Chania (also in Crete), Corfu or the airport of the island of Kos.

As the cradle of the ancient Greek civilization, the country is full of sites, monuments and other museums dating or referring to this period, both on its mainland and on the islands.
But the history and culture of Greece is not limited to this distant period or to the Acropolis. Other places such as Meteora, Mount Athos or the island of Patmos with their monasteries, Corfu and Rhodes with their old and medieval districts, Santorini with its unique architecture, not to mention Athens with its monuments and museums also have everything to delight, among many other places, the lovers of cultural trips.

In Greece, the sea, the beach, nature, walks, relaxation, tranquility or on the contrary the party are never far away either.
