The climate is temperate maritime subject to entries, resulting in warm summers, relatively rainy winters and cooler than cool. The know-seasons of rainfall and the gray is so common. The weather changes are rapid, facilitated by the flatness of the territory. The ideal time to visit the country is the month of May, probably the driest, and where flowers are invading the landscape. Autumn is also very nice, especially to visit Amsterdam and wander along the canals. Avoid the winter if you do not like the wind, fog and clouds darkened landscape.

Amsterdam

Amsterdam
The capital of the Netherlands is a relatively sparsely populated city: the urban area includes about one and a half million inhabitants. The cobweb of canals is one of its charms, but the city is also popular for its colorful houses with gables very special, windows without shutters, and cafes so numerous and so warm.

But Amsterdam also has a real architectural treasures: the medieval heart of the city's famous Red Light District with showcases displaying prostitutes, Dam Square, surrounded by famous monuments like the Royal Palace, the garden of Begijnhof, the Wester Kerk whose tower dominates the town, are some of the most interesting phases.

You can complete your tour with a visit to Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and the Rembrandt of his paintings, not to mention the Anne Frank House which will surely move you. For entertainment, Madame Tussauds and learn its personalities, the equivalent of our museum Grevin and encanaillez yourself in a coffee shop where cannabis is widely available in small quantities for over 18 years. Finish with a quick bike ride, the preferred method of transportation for residents of the city!
