Lockdown: Partial
Some popular tourist destination have begun to implement tighter restrictions. Effective Jan. 14, the state of Jalisco, which includes Puerto Vallarta, will require proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test for bars, clubs, concerts and stadiums for people 18 and older. Tlaxcala will also require customers to be vaccinated for hotels, shopping centers, supermarkets and taquerias.
