The Romanian climate is markedly continental pronounced differences in temperature, very marked seasons, the winters are very cold and dry, hot summers, especially in Bucharest. Precautions: Beware of stray dogs which are very numerous. Beware also of ticks that abound in the countryside. Ditto for mosquitoes in wet areas like the Danube delta and near the lakes.

To move inside the country, stop working well but the competition is important. Buses, minibuses and trains are everywhere very present and very economic.
