What to do in Germany


Berlin, the capital represents the best of Germany; you will be seduced by this vibrant town with its renowned night life, great green spaces for relaxing, its numerous buildings splendid in their architectural style and museums filled with a huge variety of treasures.

Munich is the other must-see during your visit to Germany; very cosmopolitan, vivacious with its numerous picturesque cafes and various museums dedicated to different fields of art and technology. Germany : The basics


Many airlines provide a service to Germany landing at Berlin, Munich and Frankfurt but it is also easily accessible by train or bus.

If you wish to take home some souvenirs of your stay, think of Meissen porcelain, silk scarves, beer glasses, the famous cuckoo clocks from the black forest and the no less famous Birkenstocke shoes, internationally known for quite a while now.

German capital, Berlin has 3,000,000 inhabitants and a half, almost 5 million total if the entire population of the area. It is among the ten most populous cities of the EU.

It was built in the 13th century and is today the reunification of Germany, but also a cultural and artistic center very important in Europe, symbolized by hundreds of museum, theaters and libraries. The city is refreshed by rivers and canals, lakes and gardens, which give a nice look and airy feel is enhanced by its buildings to the rich architecture.

You will discover with pleasure the old town, with many magnificent monuments: the Berliner Dom, the Pergamon Museum, the beautiful Unter den Linden and its historic buildings, the three operas, the Brandenburg Gate, Pariser Platz, the fountain Neptune, are some examples among others. Munich

MunichThird city in Germany, Munich has a little over 1, 3 million inhabitants. It is the capital of Bavaria and an important economic center for the country.
Made famous worldwide for its beer festival, it carries a rich history since the 12th century. It has a vibrant cultural life: some of its museums are world famous as the Alte Pinakothek, and events like the festival of opera or the film attracted an international audience.
You will also discover a rich architectural heritage, with the Frauenkirche church in red brick, the Residence Palace, the Triumphal Arch Siegestor the public baths in Art Nouveau style, the former mayor, Schloss Nymphenburg, without forgetting the 1200 fountains in the city. Parks and gardens are also many green spaces to relax, and an artificial hill is even planned for skiing in winter!
