San GimignanoCity of Tuscany, Italy, south of Florence, San Gimignano has just over 7,000 inhabitants and offers the traveler many attractions, with its double walls and towers which stand out against the sky, its serene landscapes of olive groves punctuated by cypress, and its architectural and historical treasures of the medieval period.
